d'Arenberg The Ironstone Pressings Vertical Tasting 1993 - 1996

The name derives from granite known as Ironstone which litters many vineyards in the McLaren Vale. Much was removed in the late 1880's and used for some of the d'Arenberg buildings. An excellent opportunity to taste four vintages side by side. One bottle each of 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996.

Typical blend, Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvedre. 75cl bottle. Abv 15%
