Chateau Verdignan Vintage 1978

Situated in the Pauillac area, close to Saint Estephe, this well regarded Haut Medoc property produces good claret from vines with an average age of 45 years. !978 is often referred to as the miracle vintage. A difficult growing season was saved by near perfect weather at harvest time.

Typical blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. 75cl bottle. Abv not stated.
