Castello Di Meleto Chianti Classico Barone Ricasoli 1967

The Castelo Meleto, situated in Gaiole, with its roots in the benedictine monks and first mentioned in 1256 was taken over by Viticola Toscana in the 1960's after successfully raising the money through operation vineyard, effectively crowdfunding. The 1967 vintage was very good for Tuscany.

Typical blend, Sangiovese/ 72cl bottle. Abv 12%
