Vignamaggio Chianti Classico 1977

One of many historic estates based in Greve. Family owned for centuries until 1987. The cellars are said to date from the 15th century.  The 1977 vintage was much better in Tuscany than other parts of Italy.

Typical blend, Sangiovese predominantly. 72cl bottle. Abv 12.5%

Bottle condition, capsule good, label good, level very top shoulder.
