The Bolney Estate Blanc de Noirs Brut 2015

A very elegant, single vintage, traditional method, quality sparkling wine. Lots of stone fruit character with notes of honey and pear. A good balance of sweetness and acidity with a lovely length.

Typical blend, 95% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier. 75cl Bottle. Abv 12.5%
