Jordann Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 1991

Founded in 1972 by Tom and sally Jordan who make only two wines, this and a chardonnay. A cooler than usual summer for the region and then an Indian summer resulting in wines with high natural acidity, but balanced ensuring they would last.

Typical blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, 75cl bottle. Abv 12.8%

Bottle condition, capsule good, label good, wine level top shoulder.
