Vin doux naturel made by mutage, a process of stopping fermentation of the grape must whilst a high level of natural sweetness. Resulting in a sweet wine that is quite viscous. Bottled in 2005.

Typical blend, Maccabeo, Malvolsite, Grenache, Muscat. 75cl bottle. Abv 16%

Bottle condition, capsule excellent, label excellent, wine level in neck.
