Every Christmas we like to have a new cocktail and this year we will be having one of these beauties. One to start the festive day and the other a cosy nightcap.
Rose Gin Fizz
Lovely on Christmas morning
35ml Sing Gin
25ml rose water
25ml grapefruit juice
10ml lemon juice
Sparkling wine or champagne Method

Combine gin, lemon juice, rose water and grapefruit juice in an
ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a flute
glass.

Top with chilled sparkling wine or champagne. Garnish with a
rosemary sprig.
Ingredients
Spiced Pear Gin Fizz
Spicy and aromatic
35ml Sing Gin
15ml fresh lemon Juice
25ml spiced pear sugar syrup* 50ml fresh pear juice
Soda water
Method

Combine gin, lemon juice, pear syrup and juice in an ice-filled
cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned
glass.

Top with soda water and stir. Garnish with sliced pear and
thyme sprig.
Hot Sing Toddy
A cosy nightcap
50ml Sing Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
1 cinnamon stick & 3 star anise
Method

Bring one cinnamon stick and three star anise to the boil in 150ml of water. Stir in the honey to dissolve.

Add gin, lemon juice and stir. Remove from heat and strain into a heatproof glass or mug. Garnish with an orange wheel.
